Return & Refund Policy

At Citi Modern Furniture, we're driven by your unique and forward-thinking style. We aim to make every purchase a positive one and bring your design visions to life. 

Returns Policy 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Contact us about any returns within this timeframe to initiate a return process. 

Return eligibility requires: 

  • Item(s) to be in new or unused condition. 
  • Item(s) to be in original packaging. 
  • Item(s) to be disassembled as they were initially packaged, with all parts, screws, padding, and accessories included. 

However, some items are not eligible for return: 

  • Open Box / Used items. 
  • Mattresses 
  • Homeware & Accessories 
  • Gift cards 
  • Personalized items 
  • Return of non-damaged goods due to personal reasons will be subjected to restocking fees. 
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” 

Return process: 

  1. Item(s) must have the return label and packing slip provided by Citi Modern Furniture. Without these, returns will not be processed. 
  1. Item(s) should be in its original condition - undamaged, with original tags, and all original packaging included. 
  1. Only include the item(s) for return in your shipping box. 
  1. Item(s) should be shipped back to Citi Modern Furniture within three days of receiving your Return Label or a pickup request is scheduled. 

Our team will evaluate returned items within 7 business days. Citi Modern Furniture reserves the right to determine the eligibility and criteria for returns. 

If your return is approved, your refund, minus shipping costs and any priority processing fee, will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. 

If your return is not approved, we will notify you via email. If the item(s) are determined to be inauthentic, you'll have 14 days to: 

  • Pay for the item(s) to be returned to you, including shipping fees and service charges. 
  • Have Citi Modern Furniture responsibly dispose of the item(s), which may include recycling or donating. 

If you do not respond within 14 days or do not pay the shipping invoice within 14 days, we will dispose of the item(s) at our discretion.

Refund Policy  

Upon approval of your refund request, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy  

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled; in these cases, our Return Policy applies.

Exchange Policy  

At Citi Modern Furniture, we also offer the option for you to exchange an item if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you prefer a different product, color, or size, please follow these guidelines: 

An exchange request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at support@citimodern.com to start this process.  

The item(s) you wish to exchange must meet all the conditions for returns as stated in our Returns Policy (e.g., in new/unused condition, in original packaging, disassembled as initially packaged).  

Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels and should be of equal or higher value. 

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item(s) and for the delivery of the exchanged item(s). However, if the item(s) was defective or not as described, Citi Modern Furniture will cover these costs.  

Once we receive and inspect the original item(s), we will ship out the replacement item(s) or issue a refund if the replacement item(s) is not available. Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for exchanges.
